3K is offering flexible and fast repair and reworking services for PCBAs.

Extensive R&D on repair processes enables us to offer high quality repair services for a large variety of IC packages and components, e.g. finepitch QFP, BGA/uBGA, QFN/LLP and land grid arrays (LGA) as well as SMD connectors.

Our experienced repair engineers carefully design each individual repair request for the best possible results and if necessary with a full repair traceability documentation.

Without exception all repaired components are inspected with X-ray for solder defects.
