3K-Factory of Electronics offers research, environmental testing, repairing
and training services all around printed circuit board assembly (PCBA).
Research
3K helps companies to optimize electronics manufacturing processes and
to use new materials based on our research. We have got acquainted with
lead-free soldering from the year 2001 onwards. Nowadays we are researching
its long term reliability.
Our services contain PCBA/BGA repairing as well as BGA reballing. We have
invested in future technologies and we keep our machinery up to date.
Development
In our product development area we follow the so called "from an idea to a product" -method. We transform the ideas that have come to us into ready-made products.
3K can also assist in product testing, also for products that are assembled elsewhere. This testing includes environmental testing and X-ray inspection of solder joints. X-ray inspection is very useful today, because solder joints have become so small that they can't be seen with bald eye. In the environmental tests we analyse the effects caused by temperature and humidity, shocks and vibrations. EMC emissions are also examined. For the mentioned test services we have specialized equipment.
Besides the research and the development we can offer prototype production and training, which takes place in a real-like environment.
